I didn’t receive the video of my car health check and although the car was meant to have been washed it definitely had not been washed properly and was not up to the usual standards when it has been in to your garage.

I was able to speak to Brad (Sutherland) who as my contact point whenever I wished to and he understood that my car was very important to me for driving my grandchildren about and I needed to have it back in time for going away at the weekend............and Brad made sure that happened. Also I said not to worry about washing and valeting as I'd prefer the car back sooner but he arranged to have it cleaned and waiting outside the reception door for 9am on Saturday morning to enable me to enjoy my weekend away in comfort..........my husband's car is not suitable for longer journeys because of my hip problem.
