It was very smooth, quick and everything was taken care of. I didn’t need to anything other than retain my number plate and turn up pretty much.

I purchased a new Audi A4 Avant in March 2024...a few weeks after the car was delivered I had problem's with warning signals engine management lights lighting up the dash board. I then took the car into Lookers Audi in Edinburgh and met a motivated and professional team of people from the booking clerks engineers and managers all interested in putting our concerns with the car right. They took our problems to heart and showed immense pride in their car....

Good communication prior to service and during

I received excellent service from both Ian and David. They were extremely helpful and efficient and made everything run smoothly. Nothing was too big an ask and they were always available to answer my questions. Even after I picked up the car they made sure things were ok the following days and have helped me organise my service plan as well.

at online check in you can give notes - since booking there had been a failure in the SOS service - I don't think that is necessarily highlighted to the workshop.. easy to deal with, good comms, Brad was excellent, a pleasure to deal with.
