Considering my car was in the garage due to a mechanical warranty issue I received regular updates regarding what was being done to repair/ replace the defective parts. Due to the time taken to diagnose the extent of the problem & the subsequent parts required I received a goodwill free 1st service which was an unexpected pleasant gesture which has given me confidence to use Sighthill Audi for any future work on my car.
