Everything was ready and the process was seamless.

The check in was straightforward and I was able to check and confirm my car job details before dropping my car off. This allowed me to check everything was booked correctly and my car would have the work I intended to happen take place. Myself and my wife have used Edinburgh Audi for over ten years. We are always happy with the service provided. On this occasion my car was being serviced and the work was carried out promptly and I was kept up to date as my car progressed through the workshop. I am always happy to spend time at Edinburgh Audi, I’m looked after and the refreshments and waiting area is always of a high level. I enjoy looking at the new cars and thinking what I might have in the future. Caitlin provided great service and was keen to ensure I was happy. Thanks to all at Edinburgh Audi and keep up the great work.

See comment above Everything aok except booking in email referenced a collection and delivery service which was not actually available, also a £24 admin fee for the courtesy car - once again not applicable..

Found it easier to call to make the booking Work done on a day and time to suit, and I was able to wait for the car whilst the work was carried out. Everyone was friendly and helpful
