Service side everything was excellent, Caitlin & the tech (Tony I believe) really helpful! I had enquired about a car pre visit with sales enquiry line who passed on to sales and someone gave me a call to arrange meeting on the day of service visit, nobody came near on the day.Poor considering I drive 2 hours past multiple dealers to bring car there not to mention the offer to discuss current car and test drive

I made an enquiry regarding a new Audi a3 saloon which was on a special offer on the website. I also asked for a trade in price on my 2020 Audi a3 saloon which i was very satisfied with. Raza was very helpful and answered all my questions i had regarding the purchase.

My most recent enquiry was really good I came through by phone assume from some central office where girl was very friendly and helpful and then put me touch with your Edinburgh branch as was interested in q5 black editions you had. This was quite different et to my experience way back in December when started looking went to the showroom wandered around looking at cars for 30 mins not a souls came near me whereas when went to Carlisle out other nearest dealer chap was v helpful and spent an hour showing cars and all different options. Have ended up buying a brand new Audi q5 from your teeside branch as they had probably last of the outgoing model whereas Edinburgh had a few black editions of varying ages uk to year old.
