I provided this feedbackAfter my last servicing there too.1. The waiting area still smelled like sewer. They have a portable air purifier but is no match.2. The waiting area seem unhygienic due to smell and the close proximity of the bathrooms and refrigerator and coffee machines and seating area.3..They really need to relocate their waiting area. . It’s worth Mitsubishi sending a area rep to personally review the waiting area if the shopThe weather was pleasant but they did not wash my carN/aI like the Edwards Mitsubishi dealership but the overall the service experienc issue par. Im not taking about the shop technicians ; I have no compliants about the quality of work.N/aJust okay.The customer service is not the greatest. The waiting area is small and narrow.
