I visited my husband for lunch (he is an employee) and the people that I met were nice and seemed to be outgoing. The staff interactions with the residents (that I witnessed) gave me the impression that staff cared greatly for the residents.

I went to EHMSS to visit my dad (he works there). While visiting, I found the other employees to be friendly and eager to talk about the community.My dad took me on a tour and there were multiple groups of residents participating in activities and everyone seemed happy.
