I put in my maintenance request in the morning, issues was taken care of by the end of the day. Since we moved in a couple years ago we never had the basket that holds utensils in the dishwasher, the maintenance person who came to fix the dishwasher was nice enough to provide us with the basket making it much easier to use the dishwasher.
