Car still has the problem, & on longer drives becomes quite alarming. Running electronic check was evidently not sufficient.Still had exactly the same problem, but now I was down $210They wanted to charge an additional 3% for using a credit card!What…..are we back to carrying wads of money around, or writing checks?

I believe my current rating is a good score . It seems like your survey is looking for the score you want rather than my answer.Pricing for checking problems seems high. Also there was no indication that checking for problems would be counted towards the total price to fix the problems. In 2018 I bought my car from your dealership , I expected better service. My intention is to purchase another car in the near future - I would like to see what the 2026 PHEV look like, price point and leg room for driver.Services were explained and all work was completed in a timely manner.Service rep. warmed up after we got into the work to be completed.

I mentioned that my breaks were squeaky and probably needed cleaned. Employee said they cleaned them, but breaks are still squeaky. I also mentioned that the “jingle” the car makes when it turns on broke a few months after I bought the car and sounds staticky. I said it’s not a big deal, but asked if they could try resetting the car to fix it. The employee disagreed that the sound is broken. It’s not a big deal, but if I told him I specifically remember when it broke, he should have tried to fix it.The employee was nice enough, but unfortunately, neither of the 2 concerns I mentioned were addressed.Not open on weekends. Had to leave work

When I dropped off my car for service and had some question regarding my car, but your service manager couldn’t care less about my question and he was very rude and brushed me off. I think his name was Brian.I wish they had more knowledgeable personnel in the service department.This service department did not have car wash service. I wish your service department manager could answer properly when customer asks some question regarding the car. He wasn’t nasty. This was when I was dropping my car off.When I picked up my car after it was a different person. I hope this does not reflect on him because he was nice.I wish service department personal was more courteous and does not mind explaining better.I hope my rating does not reflect the gentleman who helped me to pick up my car after the service. Because service department was off for lunch, which I did not know so other man helped me to get the car and explained it well. My rating only reflects on the service department manager, Brian.
