Manager was friendly and professional.Service Advisor did not mention about complimentary costumer services. Previous Service Advisors “ Just to let you know we have a costumer lounge with coffee and wifi”I was informed it will be done on a Monday. I waited until 3:30 for a text? Email? Phone call? Nothing. I gave to call my self. I called and introduced my self and mentioned if the vehicle was done since I was informed it will be completed on Monday. Instead “ I got a response “ Well the parts just arrived today” Previous service advisors & other car dealership. I get updates. I get this response “ I apologize for the delay in completing the work done on your vehicle. But I assure you the mechanics are working on it and should be completed by….. “ “ I will call / text you for updates” “ If there is anything else I can do kindly let me know”Service Advisor was in a rush. Did not explain about the warranty of the parts replaced. I have to ask.It was the same as i brought it in.I asked about the car wash.Service Advisor stated “You have to ask for it”Previous Service Advisors as soon as I checked in. They will mention “ Just to let you know we have complimentary ride and car wash. Upon request’ “ Just so you are aware”First of all , I would like to recognize the outstanding work of the mechanics/ technicians did for my vehicle. Runs like brand new.Second the Manager was very courteous, friendly, professional and was not in rush to listen to my concerns as a paying costumer.I believe this dealership always has the best interest of the costumers in mind.On a positive note vehicle was completed ., vehicle was brought in for check out but the hood was not properY secured.I had questions but Service Advisors was not interested I was asking a lot of questions. I am not an expert so i need to be educated.Service advisor asked Is this your vehicle?” “What is going on?” “ Go inside”It was more of a command than a request.Did not even greeted you Good Morning . How can I help you? Dont worry we will check it out and take good care of your vehicle”Service Advisor did not offer complimentary alternate transportation / did not inform about multiple point inspection, did not inform car wash.Previous service advisors “ Do you need a ride home or to work? “ Just to let you know we have complimentary shuttle, car wash upon costumer request”
