Great customer service and newest job well

At this time I see no need for any improvements.My service was completed in such a timely manner.

noneWhy would it take so long for a transmission to be replaced? I was not told in advance it could take 3 months for a new transmission ,until my brother got involved with my situation.My car was kept at the dealership the entire time. They kept having problems and then dallies over and over, finally spoke to the manager and thought things were going fine, then more issues popped up.

The limited options were a bit frustrating, but nbd.As I said, we've been coming in for years, never missed an oil change. So it was pretty alarming and very frustrating to come in for an oil change, a bit late for the 1st time, and be advised about > $3K in maintenance needing to be done. The only explanation being "a lot can happen in a year". But I get it, the car is a machine, and breaks down over time. The service tech was kind, and did his best to answer my numerous questions.We've been going here for years, and are very happy with the service and support.
