Leona in the office was a HUGE help in having my leaky pipe attended to immediately, despite a small staff. Eric showed up within the hour to deal with this emergency need. I thank Leona and Eric for helping with my maintenance need in a very timely manner!! Thank you so much!!

My sister and I picked up keys with Leonora. Leonora was wonderful and did the best she could with what she was given, respectfully.However, this was a completely disappointing move in experience. We arrived and keys were not ready for us. We had three fobs, And one working door key in total - a door key that is also poorly cut and gets stuck. We were not given the external door keys for the balcony doors or mailbox keys as they were not ready and the key cutter was broken - or so we were told.When we entered the home, we found several roaches and kept on finding more, which we pointed out to Leonora. There are evident signs of treatment and a lingering smell of food odors. To be honest, the unit could have done with Ozone. The smell alone, tells me the roach activity would have been prevalent if we are still seeing signs of it.The unit was clearly not walked or spiffed, because anyone would’ve seen the roaches immediately and the countertops were dusty. The kitchen was obviously not thoroughly cleaned as the grease smells lingered in the stove and microwave along with stains.Additionally, the stoop had not been swept out or power washed. The gate had the same chipped paint as when we had previously toured the exterior of it. There was no attention to detail.We are exceptionally forgiving tenants and will usually notate for move out and clean on our own. We let Leonora know that the messy paint job and dirty drawers were something that we could live with, however, for us to have to wait until Thursday for pest control is disappointing when there is evident signs of activity.This unit is clearly not considered move-in ready, as we now have to wait until Thursday to potentially move our things in. We hope you can understand that we are losing days of move in opportunity. My sister and I are both work full-time jobs and were planning to slowly move in everyday after work before the movers do the big move on the 24th.We feel completely misled as Brittany also stated that the parking space would be directly outside of the stoop. It might not have been in front of it, but she stated that it would’ve been somewhere within the vicinity. Our space is closer to Building B. We let her know that accessibility for my mom was a big issue and she guaranteed us a space just outside. This parking space makes the unit less accessible than where we currently live now - which almost defeats the purpose of our move and downsize.My sister also stated that Internet is incredibly important for her job. Brittany stated that she could continue using AT&T fiber, however, when my sister called to set up Internet, that was not the case. They said Spectrum was the only provider.I work in property management, and I was a leasing agent, I’ve known people to say what they need to say in order to get the lease, So for us to find all this out after the fact - that she over promised and undelivered is incredibly disappointing.We were patient and forgiving when it took close to 4 weeks for application processing and when errors were made with the deposit.We've had communication on and off with little follow up from the GM Ashley and she also over-promises and under delivers as she is not able to meet deadlines she sets for herself. We are still waiting on the follow up email she promised over a week ago. Our microwave started smoking tonight and there is still roach activity.Ashley also insinuated that we misunderstood and then stated that Brittany has been accused of lying before. She either lied or misunderstood, but it can't be both. Incredibly disappointing and disrespectful. We've been lied to repeatedly since we got here. It wouldn't be so disrespectful, if they didn't keep outing each other on their own lies. No accountability.

I’m very happy that the maintenance team was able to correct all the issues but I’m quite unhappy of the length of time it took to complete. It took 10 days and 3 separate phone calls to finally get someone to take care of the issues.

Overall I am very happy. I love my apartment. I have had great experiences with Ashley and Brittney. Brittney and Ashley is attentive to my phone calls and emails. She deals with situations that may come up. Maintenance is great. They are on top of things.

It's frustrating that I'm locked into a higher rent than what's advertised for incoming renters. I'd be more inclined to stay at Elara if there were a rent or loyalty discount for renewing my lease.

Turnaround time was over the course of 2 weeks but the service was excellent. Hoping for smoother and more efficient communication in the future but Manny was great!

I wish the application process was faster and more smooth. Took long time to get responses. Also for paying deposit there weren’t any option available except paying with credit card abd charging 89$ fee. Very inconvenient.
