Overall my experience was great. The whole Staff is exceptional and the place is kept clean and well managed. I enjoyed my apartment and sad to go but I was able to find something more manageable financially. Thank you to everyone though for being communicative and overall pleasant.

While I love my building and apartment and have nice neighbors, the building management is only reachable when it comes to rent payment related communication. It is nearly impossible to get a live person in the phone from the building management for help and my most recent request to repair the light under my microwave that I need for cooking took nearly one month to be completed for reasons I do not understand. Thankfully this was not an emergency repair need.

Manny is always accommodating and so helpful!

Just wish communication was better and more transparent.

Eric’s service to unclog bathroom sinks, stop a leak, and replace a kitchen counter bulb was very much appreciated. He responded quickly to the request for service and was very kind to answer our questions and concerns.Exceptional service. More than what was expected. Glad to have Eric on the Elara Team.

If Ashley would have reviewed and approved documentation in a timely manner, the process wouldn’t have been so unpleasant. The unit also hadn’t been cleaned, the lock wasn’t rekeyed prior to move in and the poor lady who helped me just kept apologizing for things being so messed up. The maintenance supervisor, Erick, and Brittney were so much more helpful than the other staff.

The gardeners did a wonderful job and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you for responding to my request so quickly!
