Manny is super efficient and quick to respond — always get things fixed right away!

It took 5 days for them to come and change a battery. When I called, I was met with excuses. The customer service is abysmal and I’m unsure why I continue to sign leases.

Maintenance responded very quickly, started the job and gathered contractors within hour to start work. Manny did a great job.

I wanted to acknowledge Erik. He is wonderful. He has been here 3 times for my tub and toilet. He diligently spent hours working on the issue. Always smiling and a great attitude. So patient and hard working!!!!

I feel the community areas should allow for more than 2 guests. Or you would be able to reserve it. We have a game room that no one can really use. Bbq area and you can entertain guests. Just a wasted use of the space and makes it very restricting compared to the neighboring apts

Yes, the maintenance man arrived and was very polite and professional. He put on coveralls on his shoes and the job was taken care of in no time at all. Very grateful to the maintenance staff.
