Not having hot water is an issue. Especially during the weekend when maintenance may not be available, however, I’m pleased to say the Oceano/Elara Team really came through in satisfying our need. Communication with the Leasing Office allowed maintenance to provide immediate service that was needed ! Very much appreciated! Two other maintenance requests still pending. In expectation of hearing from the team soon.
