Service was ordered Thursday, and maintenance did not come and fix the issue until Monday night. Faster response time is needed. Workers were kind but the response time needs correction.

It took 5 days for them to come and change a battery. When I called, I was met with excuses. The customer service is abysmal and I’m unsure why I continue to sign leases.
