Quick and friendly

Not having hot water is an issue. Especially during the weekend when maintenance may not be available, however, I’m pleased to say the Oceano/Elara Team really came through in satisfying our need. Communication with the Leasing Office allowed maintenance to provide immediate service that was needed ! Very much appreciated! Two other maintenance requests still pending. In expectation of hearing from the team soon.

We have been here at elara since 2021 Loyalty discount. Trim palm trees before they start to shed, better security, better cleaning the trash, follow through with penalty for owners of pets if they dont pick up after their animals. Better maintenance worker or bring Cesar back permanently.
