No. I've said it all on the firstELDER Mitsubishi has been my car dealer of choice for over 20 years. Service has always been great. They've had the same service manager all this time. Curtis has been there since before Dream Cars became a Mitsubishi dealer. That alone should tell corporate everything they need to know about Elder Mitsubishi.

After I told her NOT to run a test, she did anyway! And then told me they cannot do anything about it. I knew before coming here that they couldn't do anything, yet she took it upon herself to do everything I asked her NOT to do.As mentioned before, took forever, and she did not want to give the keys back. To reiterate, she was a white lady with tattoos, and she's on the bigger sideFire her ass or train her to be a better human being.She threw my keys on the counter, and after I told her I did not want to pay for the test that I DID NOT WANT, she took my keys and said, "These are mine then." Then, she just walked away, and I couldn't get into contact with her.I came in for a key replacement, and I had specifically told them I do not want a diagnostic test. They did one anyway and charged me for it! Insane. Absolutely insane. When I booked the appointment, I made it clear that I did not want a diagnostic because I knew myself that the key was gone. I made sure they weren't going to do one in person as well.None of these! The white lady with tattoos was insanely rude and kept treating me as if I were stupid or a child. She was very sarcastic and constantly talking down to me.
