Basic waiting area facilityCourtesy car was not included due to the water being down.The mis-diagnosis of my vehicle has me to a point to where I have lost trust in the dealership and I am considering if I want my vehicle serviced there. Even though I was offered to bring my car in to get a full diagnosis of my vehicle, it’s an inconvenience because it should have been done right the first time. When I called back I had to talk to 3 different people who provided me with no information in regards to my Car facts. I had to speak with new car sale in order to get a message to the mgr or Curtis. So overall disappointed with the service trust with the mechanic and the overall experience.Service for the oil change was longer than expected and the Car facts and mis-diagnosis of battery was not included

I don’t know about WiFi because I didn’t try to use itThe tech checked my cabin filter. Somethings fell out of my glove box and whoever serviced my car left everything in the floor.Curtis is nice, but the rest of the process was not friendly and I was not valued for my time. I wanted to see about upgrading to a new car. I waited 45 minutes to not be helped. The service Curtis provides is always awesome.

Was not washed or vacuumed. I've taken my car in there before and had that done.Have a wash and detail service all your cars on the lot are washed and clean customers would like to same thing if offered the service

NoneAfter opening the hood, I found that several fluids were not fully topped off and were only near the minimum/add line. This does not meet expectations and is not acceptable.

I always receive my Outlander Sport freshly washed after Service and this did not happen after this Service.Look at prior questionsI purchased my Outlander Sport with no hassles. I have been Getting my Outlander Serviced atMy Mitsubishi Dealer since my purchase and have been very pleased with the Professional Techs and comfortable setting of the Elder Mitsubishi waiting area. No hassles, just Straightforward attention to my Vehicle. Thank you Elder Mitsubishi.
