If you do clean the interior it wasn't done.Installed the new radio (computer) but Navigation directions are not speaking to me.My Navigation Screen shows where I am but is not speaking the directions to me when I push start on my Android cell. Please give me the directions of how i can make it work.My radio (computer) Navigation not speaking directions to me when I connect my Android cell for directions and when I push start is showing on the screen but not speaking them to me even though I push start can you please tell me how to make this work?

Again Curtis deserves a raise for dealing with and trying to get me back to a satisfied customer all while his hands are tied with things he has control over.I received text saying I had safety recall and to reply to schedule. I did. I got confirmation of appointment but when I called in there was no record of the appointment. So I rescheduled with a human on the phone. They explained what the recall was. Arriving at the dealership I was told there was no recall. I live over an hour away from the dealership. This is unacceptable

Scheduling an appointment isn't an issue. It is the quality of the vehicle that's the problem. I have conveyed verbally, emailed & sent messages on Facebook. It keeps getting ignored.Facilities are fineThe carI don't know if one was done. Curtis is a good technician. It's the car that's the problem.The quality of the car.
