I called to schedule an appointment for an oil change and I was booked at a certain time, so I thought. When I called to verify if I was still booked for that day & time I was told that I wasn't in the computer. I had to book another time.

No pressure from anyone, and no multiple people running back and forth to convince us to do anything. Transparent, professional, and unexpectedly accommodating. Great deal on my outlander; purchased my other car outright for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

The restrooms really need baby changing tables in the service area restrooms. And the one in the sales building is not as clean as it should be.Great service, knowledgeable people, always friendly.
