Whatever sales model Elder Mitsubishi has in place it is excellent. This was the car buying experience I ever had.Several reason for the ten rating. Foremost was the professionalism exhibited by the entire staff. No running a gauntlet of multiple sales reps, financial people, or sales managers to run. We dealt with one salesman. Props to you Billy!

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Billy and the entire staff went above and beyond to explain options and help us complete the sale when we had an unexpected medical interruption. No pressure from anyone, and no multiple people running back and forth to convince us to do anything. Transparent, professional, and unexpectedly accommodating. Great deal on my outlander; purchased my other car outright for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

The restrooms really need baby changing tables in the service area restrooms. And the one in the sales building is not as clean as it should be.Great service, knowledgeable people, always friendly.

I couldn't select the option I wanted online, so I had to call in.I was texted about additional recommendations. No one spoke to me.I have a very bad back and just had a total knee replacement in July. Getting my seat right to help with all of those issues takes time. I still do not have it adjusted back to the way it was and it bothers my knee quite a bit.I was very upset that all of my seat settings were changed. See previous comment.

Mr. Curtis always friendly and willing to help if last minute request,, the mechanics do good job not getting my car dirty inside with oil, lobby is decent and location not too far.
