Clean, as in they did’t make a mess. No courtesy wash or topping of windshield fluid. These are little things the other dealership I went to previously would do, without asking.This being my second new car purchase, just disappointed compared to my first one. Only reason I didn’t return to the first one was it was an hour away & was looking to stay a little closer to home. Avoided AutoMax after a bad experience, so I thought I’d try Elder.I was told at pickup that my next oil change would require payment. No additional explanation was given. When purchasing the car, the “Elder for life” and warranty “sounded” good. This was only my second visit.
