As I said we had to purchase a new battery 2 months prior the vehicle is 2 years old. I had to pay half of the battery. Then, that's over to now.I wake up in the morning to go to work.And my battery dead againOur battery was dead.We had to wait over a day and a half for yall, to decide who was going to be responsible for theAgain, we had to purchase a new battery two months prior bast.Forward to this appointment.Woke up our battery dead.My car is not becoming a reliable vehicle, and it's practically new

My only complaint was the tire pressure.Whenever we come into the service department your service manager makes us feel like we are visiting a family friend.The service was very good.. The only negative comment would be, they forgot to check the tire pressure.. As always, we truly enjoy our Outlander.

The service was done in a very timely manner which means at I was in and out quickly and my service was completed and efficiently. The Elder service dept. is a credit to Mitsubishi Motors.I had my service done recently at Elder Mitsubishi in Killeen, Tx. Lorraine was wonderful. They got my service done in short order. I don't like to have an extended wait for anything. I was in and out in less than an hour. They eve washed my car for me. I would not hesitate to return for service or sales to Elder and have recommended them to several friends. I have received nothing but great experiences with them. Elder is a credit to Mitsubishi Motors.
