Customer service was OUTSTANDING! I didn’t wait very long. Lorraine was very kind she insisted that eat and she gave me half of her lunch.

I looked at several online and realized they were not located in Killeen. I had to filter the site to show availability in Killeen. Not a huge deal but also not upfrontI appreciated the ability to work on deal while not having to sit at the dealership. As an administrator of a hospital it’s difficult to be gone during the day. Being able to electronically sign the documents and review them at pace, call and ask questions was also helpful.
