I truly appreciated the transparency and the time that my salesman and finance gave me during the process.Website is not clear that vehicles being shown could be in cedar park. I looked at several online and realized they were not located in Killeen. I had to filter the site to show availability in Killeen. Not a huge deal but also not upfrontI appreciated the ability to work on deal while not having to sit at the dealership. As an administrator of a hospital it’s difficult to be gone during the day. Being able to electronically sign the documents and review them at pace, call and ask questions was also helpful.

It was promised the car was going to be cleaned in the carwash every single time we visit the establishment, not anymore.Personal didn't verify what was the changes and procedures of my vehicle at the time of process service. My car was supposed to received the 30,000mlg change, which was included the change of wipers, break fluids, and others that I don't remember from the top of my head, but the cost was supposed to give total of $530 ich and my partner end up paying $190. Sadly didn't have time to go back to the establishment again to verify the service due to moving in process. I truly believe my car was examined it with caution and at least the highlights was taken care of. We traveled and made it to NY safe and sound.
