Lorraine and Christopher are both excellent service members and I think they are a valuable asset to your company.If I had vote, I would definitely give them a GOLD -STAR!!!!Lorraine Breedlove was very excellent and so courteous during my visit with the service department. It was promised the car was going to be cleaned in the carwash every single time we visit the establishment, not anymore.Personal didn't verify what was the changes and procedures of my vehicle at the time of process service. My car was supposed to received the 30,000mlg change, which was included the change of wipers, break fluids, and others that I don't remember from the top of my head, but the cost was supposed to give total of $530 ich and my partner end up paying $190. Sadly didn't have time to go back to the establishment again to verify the service due to moving in process. I truly believe my car was examined it with caution and at least the highlights was taken care of. We traveled and made it to NY safe and sound.
