On top of overcharging me, it took an hour for a singular oil change when I had come on time to my appointment. Wasted my time and money.

Came in last minute for an oil change, they got me right in which was very convenient since it was so last minute. My call was answered quickly and professionally when I called for availability so soon. Got right in, treated respectfully and with transparency. The Team there is awesome, you can tell they take pride in their work and their customers.

Really wish you still did a standard check up on all fluids and recomendations. My air filter needed changing and that was not even checked or discussed with my oil change. It used to be standard practice at elite!
