I had a major transmission repair right before the holidays and Daniel went above and beyond to help me. I will be recommending this shop to anyone who needs quality work done at at an honest price to anyone who asks moving forward.

Not having Tim or Ryan there just made me look like i was being taken advantage of by telling me everything i need to get worked on but they didn’t mention anything about what needed to be worked on from my last visit because i haven’t replaced anything from that time.

On top of overcharging me, it took an hour for a singular oil change when I had come on time to my appointment. Wasted my time and money.

Poor customer service and un reasonable charge for parts. Elite auto service charged extra for parts. This is,the only auto service company charged diagnosis fee even after they did the repair no waving the,diagnosis fee. Most auto service waved the diagnosis fee if they do the repair but elite auto service charged diagnosis fee even after they do the repair. I will never recommend some one to go to this auto service.

Came in last minute for an oil change, they got me right in which was very convenient since it was so last minute. My call was answered quickly and professionally when I called for availability so soon. Got right in, treated respectfully and with transparency. The Team there is awesome, you can tell they take pride in their work and their customers.

It took a few days to complete the work on our van. They were having trouble getting the part for the sliding rear door. The first one came broken. The second one was shipped from out of state. None of which was Elites's fault. The Elite team are all extremely nice and we trust them with our vehicles. That's why we keep coming back. Their prices are reasonable and they do a fantastic job!
