Since I moved to chandler in 2018 these are my go to guys. They are always honest and reliable. I know they are always going to do the job right. The staff is great and friendly.

I had to wait a while to get response from my service writer, and my estimate wasn't done after I dropped off my car three days prior. I called and spoke with Carrie, and she made sure I got what I needed. She also told me my car would be priority, but likely wouldn't be done til Saturday or Monday. I was floored when I heard back same day saying the work was done! The car is riding so much better now. I have been going to Elite for years and they keep proving why.

A great experience. Came for my appointment and they had my oil change done in 40 min. Amazing & efficient. Only thing to fix is the online booking systems initially I booked online and it acted like it was accepted but I called to make sure and sure enough the online thing doesn’t work. Had to call in. Not a deal breaker though for quick and good service and decent prices.

I’m definitely an Elite customer for the care of my car. They tell you what your car needs and what can wait. Being stretched financially they told me about their financing and they even went out of their way to give me the best price. Now I need my ac fixed 😊 going back to Elite!!
