Tech left hood ajar passenger door ajar and screw missing from air cleaner. Found screw luckily. Put it back in place. But my oil filter leak is stopped now so that's a big plus. Overall I give him a 9 out of 10.

Office was very helpful in procuring my new catalytic converter for November 29 installation. Also they will try real hard to get a new-used brake light socket from their contacts. That's what I call "Real Service" with a smile.

Everyone person I spoke to (Haan, Jayden) were helpful, courteous and respectful. They gave me the info I needed and were honest when there was no new info at the time. They were patient and completed the work in a timely manner. I will return and recommend them to my family and friends.
