I has an appointment at Elite dental last wednesday, April 15 .This is my second year as dr Samantha 's and dental hygienist Sarahí's patient. I have only good words to appreciate their excelente work, concern and treatment. I fell very glad to have found this dental clínic where every person of it's staff is very profesional, kind and helpful. Thanks

My experience with the Hygienist was disappointing. She was rather slow and bumbled with the instruments. The cleaning itself did not seem as complete as in the past. What I call the sand blasting of my teeth did not happen at all. Instead the cleaning was done with the hand held pick instruments. I also feel like I did not receive the special care you all give me because of my anxiety. I had a hard time hearing her even with my hearing aids turned up. She did not talk louder for me.

I couldn’t hear my dental hygienist well through her mask. I also did not receive a goody bag when I left.

The people who work at Elite are so kind and efficient. Dr Hartman actually remembers things we discussed at my last interaction about my family and prior experiences with dentists in my past. It was like interacting with a friend who actually cared. Billing and insurance were handled efficiently.
