My experience with the Hygienist was disappointing. She was rather slow and bumbled with the instruments. The cleaning itself did not seem as complete as in the past. What I call the sand blasting of my teeth did not happen at all. Instead the cleaning was done with the hand held pick instruments. I also feel like I did not receive the special care you all give me because of my anxiety. I had a hard time hearing her even with my hearing aids turned up. She did not talk louder for me.

I couldn’t hear my dental hygienist well through her mask. I also did not receive a goody bag when I left.

The people who work at Elite are so kind and efficient. Dr Hartman actually remembers things we discussed at my last interaction about my family and prior experiences with dentists in my past. It was like interacting with a friend who actually cared. Billing and insurance were handled efficiently.

Worst cleaning in a long time. Tony clearly did not look at my history, although this is forgivable as he is a sub. I told him that I had receding gums, as well as was on medications that could affect my dental health. Still, he used cold water. When I asked, “Did you have an option to use warm water today,” he responded “No, I did not.” When polishing, it felt like he was deliberately polishing my gums.I will decline any future appointment with Tony. (But this experience was an anomaly!)

I was seen 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and had a very aggressive and painful cleaning from the hygienist.This is my first negative experience at this office so I do plan on returning but it was quite unexpected and disappointing.
