The waiting area is clean, but complimentary beverage seems unattended, so customers were afraid to use it.I have been going to Elite for service since I own my outlander, seating in waiting area have been changed few times, from soft lounge seatings to dining tables and chairs. Seems downgrading each visit....Location of Elite is closest to my neighborhood, that is the primary reason I have my service there.My previous visits Elite were OK, but not impressive. The company office seems undergoing some changes, staffs look fewer and fewer on each visit, and not as friendly. The recent visit was only (1) service adviser running around for check-in and check-out, but he showed good manner and friendly to customers., not pushy for services, I think that's a plus. Closest location from my home is the primary reason I choose Elite.
