Absolutely not I am very upset that Mitsubishi left Brooklyn locationI wonder for few reasons but once again I couldn’t explain to the mechanic more accurate why I came there withI didn’t like the fact that door my car inside fingerprints everywhere under the glass in the wheel dirty inside I didn’t like the fact and I just before I came I bring my car to a car wash. Usually my car is spotless so I see fingerprint and I didn’t appreciate it.I literally went to 9 o’clock in the morning and I left 530. I did have a problem with check out I wanna pay and they keep telling me wait then I make a payment and I left. They call me next day that I did not pay info was a very long day. The count the money they should’ve knew was not enough was inconvenient for me to make additional payment next day I found that very unprofessional but it’s all right. Everyone is a human and could make a mistake. No big deal.Other than that, that was very satisfied with the service, I think they’re good. Good job even though they didn’t fix one problem. It’s still in there.I don’t like the fact when they took my car they give me no updates no communication with the mechanics. I want to sell them a few things watch the front desk make me impossible was very inconvenient talking to the front desk and not through the real mechanic.Very likely

Terrible service and very unprofessional customer service.Still have the same problem.The service advertised was a scam . He was just trying to make money on people head .Congrats he just lost a customer.Takes very long . Will not come back here anymoreThese employees need to be disciplined and held accountable. For their scams.Service was all about the money.The employee here don’t even care and very unprofessional. They definitely loose customer.This dealership is all about money even if takes scamming the customer.

There was antifreeze leaking after the service was completed.There was antifreeze leaking from the engine after the service was completed.The advisor was excellent. She kept me informed at all times. She was professional and friendly. The price for the repairs was too high.
