Just in one sentence Elite Mitsubishi After Sales servicing is very poor and some people they do scam with some customers .

The appointment was made for me I didn’t get any options4hrs to change a battery! A battery that they actually never changed but just charged my old one.I have no idea what was done at my appointmentMy back up sensor is now no workingThey should not scam and rob innocent people who work had for their pay. I also pleaded with them to speed up the process because I had a small child to pick up and they didn’t even care.No valid or complete bill just a receipt of pay

Thank you to the new team at Elite Mitsubishi for really changing things there. For putting the costumers first and making us feel like we matter. Specifically to the service team and more specific the service advisor she was amazing !!!!!! You need 10 more like her ! And the manager he was awesome as well… great job new team … in the 3 years there I never had anyone call me to follow up and see if everything was ok with the car !!! You guys rock!In the past I was very disappointed with the team at Mitsubishi service , I had an issue I complained about for over a year and when they couldn’t fix it I was told to go to another dealership. But I am very happy to say that my dealership his been over hauled and I have a brand new team whom I can say we’re extremely accommodating . The young lady at the service desk was amazing truly understanding my frustrations and disappointments. She spoke to the new Manager who was also kind and committed to solving my issues. .
