I love the fact that staff knows each resident and most of the time, their families. I like that it is a smaller facility and feel that Mom's likes and preferences are accommodated. I look forward to visiting not only to see Mom but to visit with the other residents and staff too. I love that you post often on Facebook. It's good to see her with the animals or interacting with people when I can't be there.

I like the cleanliness, the food seems to be good with good portion sizes. Mom seems to be happy there. Staff is pleasant and nice. I know she is being taken care of when I can't be there.
