Dr. Elizabeth Friedmann was interested and informative. She also gave me time to express my concerns and gave feedback. She answered my questions and took notes, addressing all issues of importance. She explained what steps were to follow and documented them, so that I'd be able to check MyChart portal once home, and move forward with scheduling what was asked of me. The experience was excellent.After seeing Dr. Friedman, I had my cast replaced by a very personable and kind assistant. Her name was Justice. She allowed me to gently wipe clean my exposed leg area and proceeded to re cast my injury with care. Justice was upbeat and very professional. The experience was excellent.
