Toni and Marlena ate absolutely the best they actually feel like family. Our 3rd time here (coming back yes even after affected by the New Year Eve fire a while back. There is not another apt like this place. Just knowing the ladies have our back with anything that will come up. Absolutely over the moon happy to be back.

"You need to be more careful in the parking lot because it's becoming a problem. People who don't live here, but live right behind us, are parking multiple cars on this side." It's not fair

Maintenance is amazing !! There kindness is appreciated . The gentleman treat me with the upmost respect.

The management staff is so helpful and kind, very hard to find people these days in apartments that’ll treat you like an actual person. Found it here at Elm Grove & I’m very thankful

I had a great experience. 👍

Toni is outstanding and the MX crew is great.

Outside front porch light is still out.

Toni and the Keener team treated me like family. Every request was acknowledged and managed very well. Had I not moved away from the Kingwood area, I would have no reason to leave.

The manager Toni was extremely helpful and explained everything with our move. She is always friendly and helpful.
