I really missed not seeing the front desk receptionist who normally is there, Hougette, (can never remember the spelling) she has worked there for many years. Though she was not there I have to say she is one of the best receptionists ever. She is very knowledgeable, professional and yet always kind and courteous and welcoming. I have never, ever seen her have an attitude with any patients that enter the front office. Even prior to Covid when the office was full of patients. Not many people can handle working a front desk which is sad since it's the patients first contact when coming in and is a reflection of that office. I hope she gets recognized for her exceptional hard and dedicated work. She is definitely a benefitto the AAMC Clinic. I had a new medical assistant who took me to the back. She was so welcoming, with a very sweet disposition and made me feel at ease. She never once made me feel like I was a bother, she was excellent! Sadly some staff do not have that same disposition and instead have attitudes and barely make you feel welcome or even smile. Tanya who is the office manager is great at what she does. She has that energy and works endlessly to make sure the office is being run smoothly, I have even seen her working the front desk if the office is short handed, she is most assuredly a great asset to Dr. Eman. What can I say about Dr. Eman AL-Samrrai...not enough. She is one of the best top doctors I have ever had. She is thorough in her examinations, and she listens intently to any concerns you may have. If there are concerns she recommends tests to rule anything out. She is kind and warm and a doctor you can open up too and count on. Through the years I have witnessed her work ethics and dedication to her field as a doctor. She is a superb reflection to the representation of AAMC. Dr.Al Samrai takes the time to listen and discusses possible solutions in a very constructive manner. She gives multiple possible choices for dealing with various health issues and does not hesitate one bit to refer a specialist if required. Her assistants are courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.
