I visit the ER SaturdayThe Triage nurse stated did you follow up with PCAssement nurse awesome bed side manner.. Attending Physicanask about what brings me hereshe order an urine test also during an cervical culture she observed some d/c stated bacteria once result came back she stated negfollow up with PCP... literally rush out WoW the discharge nurse been employee since old location great her words I hope you feel better.. I felt hopeless AGAINTherefore I contact the clinic appt schedule without hesistation She exam also urine sample... explain the results educated me about High level of protein in urine causes chronic kidney problems provide a script for all my symptoms now that's QUALITY CARE
