Holy and jass are nice people to help you but community have serious issue with people and their dogs . On building 4 - you always smell urine next to my back door. Parking is other problem . Security is ok now but my first term lease was horrible with security issues and towing too

Leasing staff does a good job trying to have residents follow community rules. Unfortunately, many of their efforts remain unsuccessful as there is constant trash in the hallways, large amounts of noise past quiet hours, smoking residents in the parking lot, and multiple spa closures due to misuse (to name a few examples). Residents have a sense of entitlement that needs to be lost. The rent is far too expense to live in a community with people like that. Leasing office was very accommodating for an after hours move out. Was very surprised to find out a key drop box system wasn’t in place.

Communication of the Leasing Office team were beyond excellent. Overall living was great with the exception of my bike (getting stole), car (vandalized), car (catalytic converter stolen).

This was our first luxury apartment and we loved our stay here. The staff especially Nehit Thapa and Holly Brown have made our living experience enjoyable! Would definitely rent here again.
