Holy and jass are nice people to help you but community have serious issue with people and their dogs . On building 4 - you always smell urine next to my back door. Parking is other problem . Security is ok now but my first term lease was horrible with security issues and towing too

Finding a parking spot is the biggest issue in this community. Every day it is a struggle to find a parking and next day it is struggle to remember the parking spot. This is one of the most upsetting things about this community. Every luxury apartment community has assigned parking system. It’s a huge problem whenever you are coming from outside especially in the evening I have to spend like 30 mins to find a parking spot. The reliant parking system is completely useless to the residence. It doesn’t provide a single benefit to the residence.Also the key phone and parking gate is so old machine that it doesn’t open with one click and doesn’t sync with car inbuilt garage system. I expect this from the luxury apartment communities. This community really lacks behind in technology. All luxury apartment communities apartments opens using either key phobes or mobile phones now instead of physical keys. I want this community to make my living easy and seamless where I don't have to struggle find a parking sport every single day.And the garbage valet service has no fix time of coming, everyday they show up at random times, how I am supposed to know when to put the garbage bin out cause I need something inside to collect the garbage in the meantime. There should be a text msg notification or door knocking, something to make use of this service efficiently.

The office team is amazing and does their best, but my experience definitely went downhill. Upon move-in apartment was really dirty and had issues. Shrugged it off. Now it’s consistent cigarette smells throughout the hallway, a million ring cameras(feels like invasion of privacy), snack machine had a rodent in it, trash cans being left out in front of doors for days, hallways feel like a ran down motel. Informed the staff of how loud my neighbor is and nothing seems to have gotten better. Additionally, I informed maintenance of bloody tissues in the stairwell, wasn’t picked up for days. Elevator consistently smells of urine. However, I will say I still love my view and the layout of my unit. In the beginning I highly recommended Embark, but now I can’t wait to move. :(
