The scheduled inspection on 4/22 didn’t happen. No one showed up.

The office team is amazing and does their best, but my experience definitely went downhill. Upon move-in apartment was really dirty and had issues. Shrugged it off. Now it’s consistent cigarette smells throughout the hallway, a million ring cameras(feels like invasion of privacy), snack machine had a rodent in it, trash cans being left out in front of doors for days, hallways feel like a ran down motel. Informed the staff of how loud my neighbor is and nothing seems to have gotten better. Additionally, I informed maintenance of bloody tissues in the stairwell, wasn’t picked up for days. Elevator consistently smells of urine. However, I will say I still love my view and the layout of my unit. In the beginning I highly recommended Embark, but now I can’t wait to move. :(

Nehit was very helpful and personable. He made sure we felt comfortable and answered all the questions we had. The floor plan we wanted to tour wasn’t available to see but he made sure we saw other options and compared it to the floor plan we wanted.
