Leasing staff does a good job trying to have residents follow community rules. Unfortunately, many of their efforts remain unsuccessful as there is constant trash in the hallways, large amounts of noise past quiet hours, smoking residents in the parking lot, and multiple spa closures due to misuse (to name a few examples). Residents have a sense of entitlement that needs to be lost. The rent is far too expense to live in a community with people like that. Leasing office was very accommodating for an after hours move out. Was very surprised to find out a key drop box system wasn’t in place.

No proper sharing of exit rules, charges etc. stayed here for 2 years but was not provided with any other options

Communication of the Leasing Office team were beyond excellent. Overall living was great with the exception of my bike (getting stole), car (vandalized), car (catalytic converter stolen).

Staff want above and beyond to be very helpful and accommodating

This was our first luxury apartment and we loved our stay here. The staff especially Nehit Thapa and Holly Brown have made our living experience enjoyable! Would definitely rent here again.

There were no issues for the period I stayed into this apartment, always get prompt response for all my queries and maintenance request.

I received no communication during move-out and I have not gotten a refund yet? Funny questions to ask when I just moved out a day ago
