The ordering process was simple however I did not speak with an agent until I called to get info on my order. I did not get an answer after several calls and was told to call back after 10AM somehow the next day I received an invoice. As with most of the reviews for this business the anxiety of not knowing when my expensive order is going to be shipped is a little nerve wracking.

I purchased engine and transmission for my 2008 Nissan Armada. Arrived within provided ETA and so far working great. FYI Lisa is the best, she was able to provide me with a great price. Thank you.

I can’t review ur company because I haven’t received any information on my order, I don’t know if ur a good company or not yet, yall took my order over the phone and supposedly send me an email when it is shipped I can’t rate yall yet, BUT I hope it’s not like some of the reviews yall got a few years ago, THEY WERE NO GOOD and I would have thought twice before I made the deal but I AM PRAYING YALL ARE A GREAT COMPANY

Ordering the engine and paying for it was easy. The person that helped me was a little less knowledgeable about what I had bought, asking questions was like pulling teeth. Hopefully I get something that resembles the engine I bought. Have to wait and see be 7-10 days to ship and 2 days after that so should be about the week of January 20th then we will see.

Ordering was very easy and Lisa was so helpful! Haven't received the engine yet, so can't comment on what I purchased until it gets installed.
