My experience was truly great and the representative, Lisa was excellent. I had to call numerous times with questions but she never seem upset or impatient with me. Her customer service skills were outstanding. She answered all of my questions in a timely matter and also let me know if I had any more questions or concerns to please give her a call back. I was very pleased. Thank you Lisa and keep up the great work.

I find them slow in communications. I requested quote 2 times no reply. 3rd time they did respond. Now it's been 5 days and still haven't heard anything that the item been shipped. I have bought a motor in past had no problems. This time very slow on communications.
