This is the second product I have ordered with this company. I have received an engine for a car and that is running perfectly well. The second product is on its way and I believe the quality of this product will be fine as well. The only drawback is the customer service aspect of this company needs to be refined. If someone in the company states they sent you something via email and it does not arrive when they said they sent it, this can be disturbing. Generally speak I have no other disputes with this organization in knowing their Engines and Transmissions are of good quality.

I recently ordered an engine week ago today. Upon the initial order it never asked for i.d or copy of card. I didn't get a request for this until a day or two later. Here I was thinking the process had gotten started. If you require i.d. or card… it shouldn't mention that on the site and it should be asked during the initial order… not a day or two later. A separate email looks suspicious-not to mention, it slows up the process. Lastly, A week later and I still haven't received a tracking number? This is not good for the consumer.
