I ordered my engine on Friday and I keep getting the same answer since Monday, and tht is my engine is being looked over to assure it’s in good shape. If that’s true I give this service extra credit. But if its not really being looked at or close to being shipped or I would have liked to know about the 3-5 day testing of the engine before delivery and it take 5-7 business days to ship. I have you mechanic stand but, can’t tell him when it will be in. Over all I feel if the motor is what I payed for with 100k miles and compression tested with a 3 year 36k mile warranty, then awesome, but as of right now I’m not sure if I’ve been scammed or not. No disrespectjust speaking on my experience.

Once I spoke to one of your sales agents, everything was great. However, the wait time to talk to someone was a nightmare !!!! Sometimes 20 minutes. I was patient but the next customer or customers may not be. One of the times, I was able to leave a voice mail for the sales department but that did me no good because no one called me back until the next day and I had already called again and spoken to someone.
