Once I spoke to one of your sales agents, everything was great. However, the wait time to talk to someone was a nightmare !!!! Sometimes 20 minutes. I was patient but the next customer or customers may not be. One of the times, I was able to leave a voice mail for the sales department but that did me no good because no one called me back until the next day and I had already called again and spoken to someone.

Very good to work with. The only problem is shipping. I need my vehicle because I'm retired and need to get around. Hope it gets here soon. I will send another review when the motor is installed and running. Lew

SO FAR THE ORDERING WAS VERY EASY AND NOW I'M WAITING ON THE ENGINE. THE FAST SERVICE ON THERE PART WAS GREAT AND NOW WE WILL SEE HOW THEY DO ON DELIVERY OF ENGINE.

Well I would rate much higher but with out a ship date or tracking # it's hard to give 5 stars. ordering was easy, online quote was great, paying was easy. Waiting 7 to 10 day for shipping info is a long wait .

it was ok when i talk to the representative he help me with the payment process no problems, when i request the engine price online is very good and easy to use, i have to call twice, the first call like somebody hangup don't know if was just line problem or something else. thank you.
