GREAT SERVICE

Great customer service when calling in. The only problem I have so far is it has been 11 days, and my motor still hasn't been shipped. However, I did receive an email telling me that I should receive another email within 2 days. It should plainly state on the website that it could take up to a month to deliver. At least that way, we would have been prepared to wait, or go somewhere else. It better be a great motor after this.

Delivery was on schedule,engine looked good and runs smoothly. No problems at all.

Not sure how to rate as I ordered engine 4 days ago and it hasn't shipped from them yet. The offer they made me had a statement in it that said "we will consider reasonable offers" for the engine. I made a reasonable offer and it was rejected without a counter offer. Maybe they should remove that "statement" from their Quote offer. Will re-review when motor arrives.

Ray McCoy ( Florida Hwy Contractor) Contacted about engine on line......received a quote within minutes, Was given an additional discount , ordered engine and paid with company card. The engine arrived within a week (no charge) and was exactly what we had hoped for. Installed and runs perfectly. We are very pleased and will do more business in the future.
