As far as the ordering of the engine, everything was quick and friendly. However I am still waiting for shipping information and the tracking number. This is the 6th day since ordering and all I have received are these review requests.. Could you please let me know the status of my order.. I have already paid you for it. Finding a replacement motor for my car was easy. Just enter the required info and wait for a response. Shortly I received a quote from EAT. process was very easy and user friendly. Order process just make a phone call and give credit card info along with shipping address. ONLY ISSUE--I WAS NOT ABLE TO GET SHIPPING INFORMATION AFTER ORDERING. I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES WITH NO RESPONSE.MY LOCAL GARAGE ASKS FOR EST SHIPPING SO THEY CAN SCHEDULE THEIR WORK.

You´re website is very friendly when you are looking for engines, the response is fast. But i had a little bit of problem when i tried to make the payment through your website.

I first looked online to see what engines they had available for my GMC Canyon then I called to make my order. the representative was polite and professional and was able to answer all my question. it took 10 business days to get the engine from date of order, a little longer than I anticipated but the company kempt me informed by email as to the status of my order. engine was all they had advertised. I would recommend to friends.
