This was my 1st time buying a motor online. The representative was friendly and polite I did feel like I had to pull information out of them. I could hear my own voice when speaking on the phone and that made it difficult to have a conversation. I would have liked to have know where the motor had come from any information to help me make a more informed decision. In the end I did buy a motor .

So far, EATW has been great to deal with. They have great customer service and quick response, no 15-30 minute waits listening to elevator music. Waiting on engine now, but if the engine and delivery are as good as customer service, I'll be pleased!

I don’t have a review yet, because they haven’t told me they sent me the engine yet. Ask me after they send the engine. I’m on a 30 day window with an a warranty company. I did not know that the delivery was going to be longer than a week and they’re telling me 7 to 14 days.
