Although I have seen a lot of negative comments, I can say I have not had the experience a lot of ppl are3 saying they have had with them. They have been kind and courteous, and they seem to be most interested in my satisfaction about my purchase. although I have not got the item yet, they have been adamant about keeping me in the loop about my shipping process and what's going on with my order.

My online ordering experience was great. However, I wasn't fully advised of the length of delay in delivery I should expect. I was told it would take 7-10 business days for delivery which was acceptable, but when I called to check on the status, I was told it would be an additional 5-7 days, possibly longer for the precheck to be completed. Hence we are talking almost a month out. Not happy about this outcome. I do hope that once the engine is received I will be able to write a better/raving review on the final product.
