The engine was ordered the evening of 8-16-23. You started asking for feedback on the 17th. it is now the 19th. I am waiting for the tracking number. I can't finish feedback till the engine arrives and I can see it. But if you need a pat on the back. Joe handled the call like a professional, even with the trouble of the Debit card. I had already looked up the engine and he finished the sale. I will finish the feedback when I have had a chance to see the engine. I know that I have been a little snippy. My back is hurting.

i requsted a quote and received an email the same day with the quote and the warranty information. I placed the order and the pay tomorrow option was heaven sent; I got approved and will make monthly payments on my purchase. I haven't recd the engine I ordered yet and I am anxiously waiting. so far everything is very good.

This was my 1st time buying a motor online. The representative was friendly and polite I did feel like I had to pull information out of them. I could hear my own voice when speaking on the phone and that made it difficult to have a conversation. I would have liked to have know where the motor had come from any information to help me make a more informed decision. In the end I did buy a motor .

So far, EATW has been great to deal with. They have great customer service and quick response, no 15-30 minute waits listening to elevator music. Waiting on engine now, but if the engine and delivery are as good as customer service, I'll be pleased!
